After the framing or custom production period, delivery to most locations in Australia, the United States, and Canada typically takes 2 to 7 business days. For destinations outside these countries, please allow up to 7 additional days for delivery.

My studio is based in Brisbane, Australia. Although based in Australia, I send my canvas prints worldwide.

For my Australian customers, my artwork will be directly sent to you from my fine art printers based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

For my USA and Canada customers, your art will be shipped directly from my fine art printer in North America.

For my European customers, your art will be shipped from Czech Republic or Poland.

For all other countries printing can be arranged.

By keeping your art printing and framing as close as possible to the delivery location, I’m able to ensure your art reaches you as quickly as possible.

Your artwork will be carefully packed using multiple layers of bubble wrap, reinforced cardboard, and a durable protective box to ensure it arrives safely. Unframed prints are gently wrapped, rolled, and secured in a heavy-duty mailing tube for added protection.

Thanks to our meticulous packaging, damage during transit is extremely rare.

If any issues or defects arise with your order, I’ll work with you to resolve them quickly, including offering a replacement or refund if needed. For more details, please refer to the Refund Policy.
